CNC Loading Automation Strategy & Delivery Oversight
I designed the concept and oversaw the delivery of a fully automated loading system for CNC machines. The solution included a web application for job management and monitoring, PLC and CNC integration and a FANUC robot, enabling 24/7 operation and significantly reducing labour costs.

I've worked as an external consultant for the internal development platform to unify HMI applications. The platform enabled the conversion of most of the client's HMI applications to modern technologies, improving performance and unifying UX/UI of the applications.
